Initiate Request
Access our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Shipment
Place the items in their original packaging with all technical tags attached and include the generated return authorization slip inside the parcel.
Dispatch Gear
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Inspection & Processing
Once received at our tactical HQ, our team will inspect the gear for quality assurance and process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
